Role :
The Associate Director - HR Business Partner is responsible for partnering with Private Label, Offline retail and Brand Accelerator businesses. Responsible for building a strong relationship with stakeholders, drive performance management, engagement, compliance of HR practices and guidelines. Will have strong business acumen, and be build long term / structural solves to People strategy.
Responsibilities :
- Drive People Strategy for the BU/ BUs
- Formulate effective Succession Planning / Org Design mechanisms
- Ability to balance operational and strategic priorities
- Act on employee feedback, be a sounding board for business leaders
- Manage and Define People budgets for Talent Acquisition and Business Leaders. Ensure 100% adherence on such budgets
- Ensure high levels of employee engagement measured against the org favorability indices
- Build practices around Manager Effectiveness / Leadership Development
- Be a thought leader on performance management practices
- Ensure rigour on Performance Management Principles
Qualifications & Experience :
- MBA from a reputed institute with 8 - 10 years of min relevant experience in a Product /Fashion / Ecommerce organization (consumer mobile/web products or eCommerce).
- Ability to interface with senior-level executives
- Excellent Collaboration skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Proven ability on Succession Planning and Org Design Principles
- Ability to work in an agile and ambiguous environment
