Roles:
- As the head of Growth Marketing and User Growth you'll ideate a GTM strategy in partnership with product, growth and sales
- Build a lean growth team to lead all channels
- SEO/ inbound/ performance marketing/ email/ online activations/ Referrals/ Integrations with other platforms / Digital Brand Building etc
- You will completely own the product-led growth motion to expand the user base of the product through our freemium and self-serve plan to grow the MAUs across all geographies primarily India, US, UK, SEA
- Create the organic/inbound expansion strategy for SEO
- Plan and Execute the paid marketing and email campaigns to ensure sustained growth
- Build and nurture the community of designers/ brand/ marketing as a persona for brands in industries like retail, finance, sports, Food and Bev and emerging D2C brands
- Create an account-based outreach strategy for our top 500 accounts via LinkedIn/ thought leadership content/ events
What we are looking for?
- 8-10 years of experience in Digital/ Growth Marketing
- Tech/ SAAS/ entrepreneurial experience especially growing in US as a geography is preferable
- Experience in building online GTM and proven track record of delivering results- Ability to lead initiatives, build partnerships, analyze data and insights
- Creative approach to growth
- Curiosity to experiment with various channels
- Basic working knowledge of online marketing - Keyword research, email tools, outreach strategy, Ads ecosystems is preferable
