What you'll do:

In this role, you will work with our team to determine key pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities for our clients. You will devise, implement, and execute initiatives and strategies to grow market share and customer base.

To ensure success as a growth hacker, you should be skilled at dramatically enhancing or "hacking" business growth potential. The focus will be on inducing and improving market expansion for our clients by analyzing performance and goals, experimenting with strategies, testing outcomes, and implementing solutions. They also analyze data, prioritize goals, and scale growth strategies for companies.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

- Researching and understanding the client's long-term goals.

- Choosing, setting, and prioritizing growth goals for the company.

- Identifying growth opportunities for the company.

- Designing and setting up experiments to test whether designed interventions will impact the business.

- Implementing projects to achieve growth goals for the company.

- Using data, analytics, and other tools to inform decisions and growth strategies.

- Ensuring that resources inside and outside the business improve growth.

- Reporting on initiatives and projects to management and founders.

- Replicating successful strategies at scale and in new markets.

We are basically looking at someone at the confluence of product management, technology, digital marketing, analytics, and branding.

Who you'll work with:

You will be based in our Bengaluru, Gurugram or Mumbai office as part of McKinsey Digital. The Digital Marketing group helps clients make core transformations in marketing strategy and operations to power growth through digital advantage, solving for specific digital marketing challenges while building ongoing client capabilities. You'll typically work on projects across all industries and functions and will be fully integrated with the rest of our global firm.

You will receive exceptional training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from your team. This support includes a Partner assigned to you to help guide your career as well as formal training throughout your McKinsey career. Additionally, you'll receive guidance and support from our Partners and professional development team in the selection of client projects, helping you to develop your skills and build your network.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience, with demonstrable experience in growing early-stage companies

- Demonstrable experience of successful growth implementations and interventions

- Excellent analytical skills and ability to leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to generate creative ideas.

- Creative, problem solving, and results driven mindset

- Stakeholder management experience is mandatory
