Associate Director - Group Treasury - Liquidity Reporting Team

- Join the Regulatory Reporting team as an Associate Director within Group Treasury. The team sits within Global Finance Services and is responsible for the preparation and submission of regulatory compliance obligations to Asia regulators. It also involves implementation of regulatory changes being introduced by regulators and driving changes to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the process.

- In this role you will be responsible for leading the Group Treasury Operational Risk team in Gurugram to ensure adequate control framework across regulatory reporting for liquidity, capital, data and platforms. You will work closely with the Sydney lead to deliver end-to-end control governance. You'll drive collaboration across various operational risk teams globally, managing engagements with internal and external auditors. You'll collaborate with regulatory reporting teams by providing independent assurance to the control framework and identify enhancements in the control framework, proposing recommendations and supporting in implementation of the risk identified.

- You'll also support the global team and enhance the risk culture in the teams. You'll identify areas for process improvement and efficiency, and drive process enhancements. You will also help drive the control framework assessment including managing manual processes, data, systems, and prudential requirements.

- To be successful in this role, you will have a postgraduate or professional accounting qualification, such as CA, CPA, M.Com. You'll have a minimum of 15-years' post qualification experience in regulatory reporting, audit and/or operational risk. You'll have experience in leading and working with global teams, with good communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders and knowledge and experience in capital/liquidity regulatory reporting.
