Your Responsibilities: - Build Rupeek as a sharply differentiated consumer brand in the lending space in India, working closely with the Head of Marketing - Develop a deep consumer understanding through Qual/Quant research - Develop and grow all brand assets and communities: Social, Web and App - Managing Media planning/buying agencies and vendors for on-time, in-full, cost optimized campaign management - Own the creative development process end to end with multiple agency partners and in-house design/content team - Develop the PR roadmap and owning it's implementation through agencies - Own BTL activities and working closely with sales team Apply If: - You have 6+ years total experience with at least 2 years at high velocity startups in the B2C product/e-commerce org's - You are tier-1 MBA graduate with 2-3 years of experience in FMCG - You have proven experience in building a startup consumer brand through regional and national media including PR campaigns and content development - You are creative but highly grounded and practical - You have PR and, media agency management experience - A strong mix of part creator/conceptualizer, part executor and people manager - You are entrepreneural in marketing spends - You are highly curious and, have strong desire to learn
