- Responsible for preparation of Financial Statements of the group companies

- Lead Statutory Audits

- Ensure IFRS compliance as per Accounting Guidelines circulated by GL

- Prepare company for IPO

- Averse with SEC environment

- Support IFC process and control reviews

- Support Legal- Dept- demand requirements

- Lead Investments & M&A accounting

Analytical reviews of P&L

- Role accountabilities (Statutory Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, IFC controls)

- Month end closure process

- Reporting

- Relationship Management

- Benchmarking
