Your role Do you have a keen eye for details- Are you meticulous with numbers- We are looking for someone like this to:

- provide high quality, end to end reporting and analytical services

- develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with partner teams including Finance CFO, Accounting & Control and specialist teams across the organisation

- understand the main drivers within the cost base with a view to provide advice and insights to partner teams

- oversee, prepare and review monthly actuals, P&L rolling cost forecasts and 3 year strategic plan including variance analysis and commentary

- enhance internal quality assurance and control framework

- schedule, produce and standardize reports with collaboration from clients

- leverage best practice and Process Excellence (PEX) ways of working across all processes

- manage physical and virtual teams to provide the optimum service to clients in the most efficient manner

Your team You will be working in the Integrated Middle Office Financial Controlling (IMOFC) Services team, which is part of Corporate Centre. As part of your role, you will interact with Cost Controlling, Group Technology and Corporate Centre CFO amongst many others, providing you exposure to members of various seniority levels

Your experience and skills You have:

- preferably a CA qualification or an MBA from a reputed institution

- demonstrable experience in providing high quality service to senior level clients

- international work experience

- proven change management and process improvement experience

- problem solving skills and ability to challenge clients

- significant and relevant reporting, controlling and accounting experience

- advanced analytical and numerical skills as well as good communication skills

- good collaboration capabilities to establish effective and trustworthy relationships with main stakeholders

You are:

- an individual contributor willing to understand the detail

- a strong leader with management experience of multiple facing clients

- a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills in English

- proficient in using MS Office, in particular Excel

- able to work effectively at both the detailed level and at a high level

- successful in handling the interface with onshore Finance CFO business partners

- capable of handling different important tasks simultaneously, with the ability to challenge and prioritize
