We are looking for a professional Associate Director - Finance Systems Operations for one of the leading financial firms at Gurgaon. Key responsibilities -&nbsp; - Manage the RTB and CTB delivery for Finance Systems team - Identify, engage and deliver on opportunities which help finance group with better data quality and System usage. - Engage with wide stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions in partnership with technology. - Deliver on system change projects through the lifecycle - Manage the system blueprint / architecture working closely with the Technology function - Work with internal change and technology organisation to drive implementation of enabling technologies e.g. RPA by identifying best fit automation solutions - Work with function stakeholders to create and implement automation plans About you: - Fin-Tech professional with extensive exposure to Finance technology change management and its implementation. - University Degree or Master Degree in any discipline with technology qualifications - Experience with finance technology upkeep and change delivery including process automation - Experience of working in an International environment will be an added advantage.
