Looking to hire an Associate Director Finance to lead its Vendor Management (Accounts Payable), reporting to the CFO. POSITION DESCRIPTION : - Debtor, Vendor and Audit Management&nbsp; - Managing the monthly cash flows, ensuring timely collections from advertisers &amp; pay-outs to 500 plus vendors without escalations. - Responsible for negotiating additional credit terms from partners. - Acting as a liaison for the accounting department in order to solve accounts payable disputes. - Deal with internal &amp; external stakeholder in a tactful and effective manner. - Actively participate in meetings with vendor forums on a monthly basis and as and when required. - Cash flow management. - Handle a team 3-5 members whose major job responsibility will be to track the media payments and reporting to the CFO. - Closely co-ordinate with Billing, AP, AR, IT, HR, Legal &amp; Administration) on daily basis. HIRING PROFILE : - Mumbai based post graduate in Finance / Accountancy with specialist capabilities in managing the accounts payable aspect in the media industry. This is a must. - Overall 12-15 years, of which at least 8 years in managing vendors. Working knowledge of cash flow management.&nbsp; - Must have key relationships with vendors along with 3 main vendor forums namely- IAMAI, INS &amp; IBF. - Strong networks with channel partners and understanding of media operations. - Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills. - Superior negotiation skills. - Able to build professional relationships quickly and effectively with decision makers, both internal and external.
