Associate Director - Finance Head - NBFC/Fintech - CA

Associate Director/Head Finance

- 5+ Years CA with Leadership role

- 5+ years of total experience, preferably from regulated Financial Service organizations

- Minimum 2 years of experience in an NBFC mandatory- ideally mid-sized NBFC

- Experience in end-to-end Accounting and Treasury Management

- Good hold of Loan Management System - implementation experience would be a plus

- Experience in debt Fund Raise would be a big plus

- Prior experience in setting up Finance and Accounting function

- Take lead and run the entire Finance & Accounting function for the organisation

- CA is mandatory

- Have or acquired a deep understanding of Lending Financial Operations

- Excellent analytical skills, motivated, hardworking, and self-driven leader

- Proficiency and knowledge of Tally/MS Office Applications/ LMS tools

- Ability to interact with stakeholders internal and external is essential

- Prior experience with a Lending Fintech / Institution will be preferred
