Associate Director - Finance - Fund Raising - Corporate Finance Function

Position Summary - 

As a Strategic leader of the Corporate Finance function, this role would be responsible for corporate fund raising, compliance and due diligence.

Key Responsibilities - 

- Funds raising (Capital/Money Markets) - across geographies Bonds/ Debentures (NCDs), Inter Corporate Deposits (ICDs) etc.

- Liquidity/ Investment Management - Managing adequate liquidity by deploying surplus funds into approved fixed income/ money market instruments; taking appropriate view on markets/ macro environment, formulation of positional/ trading strategies to mitigate interest rate risk or exchange fluctuations with an objective to earn optimum yield.

Strategic Finance - 

- Financial modeling to determine PLR and fix lending rates on various products to maintain NIM, margins.

- Refinancing/ Restructuring/ Prepayment/ Buyback of existing high cost debt in order to reduce borrowing cost.

- Preparation and presentation of annual/ 3-5 years funding plan (assessing growth projections) to reduce operational/ liquidity/ market risks).

- Relationship Management - Liasoining with Global Institutional Investors community.

- Legal documentation - Preparation and execution of Loan/NCD/shareholding documents along with mortgage deed, guarantee deed, pledge deed, ICA, trustee agreement/deed and related undertakings of the parties.

- Setting up and registering of the Second Real Estate Fund, under Alternative Investment Fund Regulations, as AIF - II. Tax structuring of the Real Estate Investment Fund (AIF-II).

- Compliance and Due Diligence.

Prerequisites - 

- 10+ years into Institutional Fund Raising.

- Exposure to working on NCD's / ICD's is a must.
