- Client business understanding and its application in accounting and compliances.

- Experience in leading teams of 75+ including remote teams.

- Well versed with Indian Accounting Standards.

- High degree of collaborative working and ability to network with internal stakeholders.

- Accountability for client compliances and deliverables, ownership of full suite relationships.

- Guidance, motivation, and mentoring of teams and DRs (Managers, Sr. managers).

- Drive automation and adoption of workflow

- Improve cash flow - ensure timely collections

- Process simplification, standardization and adherence to QMS

- Process hygiene, documentation, discipline
