Job Description - As the associate director finance you will report into the CFO and be responsible to :

- Plan and maintain a consistent approach to all systems, policies and quality delivery of services to internal and external stakeholders

- Define and control accounting material related to internal and external specifications

- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and ensure a disaster recovery plan is in place

- Supervise and assist in producing the financial statements

- Analyze, check and present accurate accounting information

- Manage tax returns, financial statements and periodic closings

- Assist in the organizational budgeting process

- Ensure adequate controls are installed and that substantiating documentation is approved

The Successful Candidate :

- You are a chartered accountant with 7+ years of work experience.

- You have lead the finance team and have exposure to all areas of finance. You are smart, well spoken and have risen quickly in your career.

- You are able to work in an dynamic environment with limited structure.
