The Opportunity
- The incumbent will lead client engagements related to fraud investigations in relation to the telecom industry/clientele.
- Strong leadership abilities, inter-personal skills, business development skills and good acumen of client business are essential.
Specific Responsibilities
- Client Management- Generate additional work from existing clients and support in selling new client proposals.
- Sector Experience - Experience in engaging with telecom operators / handset manufacturers / Network Equipment Providers (NEP), transformation (system integration + digital + strategy) and cost reduction.
- Business Development
- Project Management - Ability to strategize and manage multiple conflicting priorities, in areas such as solutioning and project management.
- Review of working papers and client folders. Suggest ideas on improving engagement productivity and identify opportunities for improving client service.
- Understand current business & industry issues / trends. Identify areas requiring improvement in the client's business processes to enable preparation of recommendations.
- Networking and Marketing
Experience & Attribute Expectations
- Chartered Accountant / Certified Internal Auditor / Masters in Business Administration / Certified Fraud Examiner / LLB with 10 to 15 years of experience
- Current and knowledgeable on opportunities and challenges in the telecom sector globally and in India. Demonstrated leadership experience in mentoring, grooming and motivating team members with a view to attaining practice goals
- Ambitious, high on integrity, amiable, posess executive presence
- Willing to travel both in India and globally for projects and meetings
