Associate Director - Sales India Key deliverables of the position : - Develop India region as a sustainable market through business development, partnerships, enterprise sales, and other market development activities. - Plan, execute, and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth. - Explore opportunities with existing and new customers to acquire other markets. - Identifies customer pain points and reads the underlying unique requirement for each customer. - Explain the strategic, operational, and financial benefits of adopting Ivy's solutions. - Reads the market and give necessary inputs to Product teams to be market ready. - Ensure account profitability is maintained by working closely with the delivery teams, customers and by managing the right expectations. - Expertly coordinate and leverage internal relationships and resources including but not limited to presales, technical teams, and partner organizations. - Demonstrates deep understanding of the CPG market and customer needs while discussing solutions. - Develops a network of deal stake holders with current and prospective stake holders. - Delivers insightful and persuasive presentation/freestyle to showcase the ability of company's solutions. - Appropriately challenges and re-frames customer business problems to align with company's solutions, ensuring a spot as a top contender. Profile expectations : - 12+ years of Enterprise Sales experience with a minimum of 3 years in the SaaS space. - Proven track record of enterprise selling in the Indonesia/Philippines/Vietnam market to large corporations. - Experience in closing large enterprise sales opportunities. - Track record of achieving excess of the given target. - Ability to collaborate internally and externally to achieve customer success. - Good business acumen and a great team player - Closure skills in ability to navigate a customer during a sales cycle - Gather business intelligence on accounts/competitors to position Ivy better to win and - navigate the intricacies of the account. - Ability to work and collaborate in teams with delivery / pre-sales / product and technology side of the organizations. - Experience in working with start-ups would be an added advantage
