Associate Director- Enterprise Sales
- Sourcing of Large enterprise or Anchor clients for Credlix Financing solutions.
- Conducting in person meetings with customers, regular follow-ups and driving sales closure.
- Extensive travelling across North region.
- Closely working with the inside sales team to drive efficient and better reach-outs and mentor the team.
- Build and scale up sales funnel of large enterprises and ensure client conversion as per agreed KPIs.
- Engage and liaise with clients to execute supply chain digitization and financing programs.
- Nurture and strengthen relationships with onboarded clients.
Work Experience :
- 6+ years of experience in similar profile with a high growth start-up preferably from a new-age fintech organisation (prior experience in Supply Chain Financing is preferable) or Bank / NBFC / FIs.
Knowledge/ Skills :
- Ownership driven - Ability to take ownership of all the anchors and process communication
- Comfortable working in a high-growth and start-up oriented environment.
- Willingness to set up things from scratch.
- Excellent communication skills with a flair for BD & sales.
- Understanding of Lending and Credit Analysis
Education :
- Graduation from a reputed institute
- MBA from a reputed institute
