- Ability to handle complete P&L responsibilities

- Not just a hunter, also able to do marketing and brand creation. Identify and create product mix strategy.

- Have an in-depth product knowledge from FMEG/ Manufacturing /E-comm. industry

- Owning the formulation and implementation of the private label strategy.

- Identifying the right product mix, and overall product strategy

- Managing relationships across E-com, Modern trade and distribution channel

- Preparation and execution of Annual business plan.

- Owning the P&L, Sales and Profitability KPI
