Associate Director - Enterprise Sales (8+ Years) for a Fastest Growing Education Tech Company (8-14 yrs)
We are looking for a Associate Director Enterprise Sales for one of our esteemed Clients for Bangalore Location.
Responsibilities :
- Own the plan and strategies for expanding sales in your designated set of accounts and collaborate with other sales leaders to meet the overall company goals.
- Own revenue, market share and P&L goals with focus on multi-year contracts to drive repeat revenue.
- Leverage existing industry relationships to enable quick wins across specific name accounts.
- A large portion of your time will be customer facing to develop key relationships and ensure utilization of deployed licenses across the year.
- Drive full cycle sales from lead to collection across your named accounts.
- Partner with Category, Product, Marketing and Education teams to ensure customer insights are captured and impact future product innovation.
- Partner with support organization to drive exceptional customer experience.
Requirement :
- Proven enterprise sales record with consistent delivery against commitments.
- Experience in Learning, HR SaaS, LMS & knowledge industry preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive sales/business development experience with previous/current target of $2 million or above.
- Dynamic builder of relationships with customers, with track record of identifying new areas of opportunity and negotiating complex business deals for mutual benefit.
- Track record in high-eight to nine-figure sales to large multi-national customers in the multiple markets.
- Ability to work in high ambiguity situations and monthly target closures.
- Travel required for this job.
