- Drives business development and lead generation to acquire new customers and grow accounts in the Indian Market through enterprise and partnership sales
- Achieving exceptional conversion on leads coming from marketing and lead-gen efforts
- Focus on existing large accounts and expand them with a focus on recurring revenue streams.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.
- Achievement of key metrics of input activities, conversion, and revenue consistently
- Work very closely with stakeholders from teams such as leadership development, customer success, marketing, and product to achieve results
- Leverage sales tools available to drive efficiency
- Strong adherence to the sales process and CRM usage
- He will be responsible for direct reporting of 5 account managers and individual & team sales target/quota.
