Job Title: Enterprise Architect/ BPM Specialist

Role Function: Business Process Enablement

Work Experience Required - Min: 8 yrs Max: 12 Yrs

Work Location: Hyderabad, India

PURPOSE :

The Enterprise Architect/Business Process Analyst interacts with Business leaders in the the Biosimilars Business to create an IT strategy based on the business strategy and implements this to deliver business outcomes

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE :

- B.E. / B.Sc in Computer Science /IT

- MBA from a reputed institution is desirable

- PMP Certification desirable

- 8-12 years experience in the IT industry/department

- 5+ years in Business Process Analysis and Enterprise architecture with proven success in delivering business outcomes

- Experience managing large projects/Programs

- Experience in hands-on software development in the early part of the career is desirable

- 1-2 years in Pharma industry on GxP related projects is desirable

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture: Understand the business strategy and create an IT road map and Systems architecture to support the business objectives.

- Building process efficiency: Analyze the business unit's activities and document current processes.

- Develop key metrics to measure the business and improve operating processes.

- Leverage IT to enable business: Deep dive on technology options and make recommendations on

- Technology solutions to improve business processes. Develop, define, and build business cases for process/ technology change.

- Program Management: Take business process improvement from the conceptualization phase to the final implementation.

- Change Management: Develop communication and change management plans as they relate to process improvement. Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, department leads and external client/vendors in implementing the change.
