Associate Director - ECM - Open Text

Location: Bangalore/Mumbai

Reporting to: ECM Leader

Team Size: 60+

Experience:

- 12- 14 years in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Business Information Management (BIM)

- Should have experience playing a ECM architecture & consulting role with global leaders in strategizing ECM go-to market offerings on OpenText ECM toolset

- Should have a deep knowledge of ECM technology, framework, package solutions, service center concepts and have experience in leading large consulting engagements involving OpenText ECM technologies

- Experience in OpenText Document Management, BPM, Content Lifecycle Management, Records Management, Archiving, eDiscovery and Extended ECM for SAP and Microsot.

Primary Skills (must have):

- Experience in providing solutions on Livelink, IXOS, Reddot/Vignette, Artesia, case management, eDiscovery, SAP Archival

- Experience in working across multiple sectors implementing OpenText ECM technologies (Public, Financial Services, Telecom, CPRD)

- Experience in building GTM, ECM strategy and participate in RFP, consulting and customer presentations

Responsibilities include:

1. The candidate will be responsible for OpenText ECM offering creation, innovative solutions, campaigns, white papers

2. Responsible in building reference architecture in the Portals and ECM space

3. Lead the ECM strategy for the future and will develop ECM offerings in the OpenText space

Deliverables (what does success look like) :

1. OpenText ECM GTM Strategy and Solution Offerings

2. ECM enablement in India and support the global ECM community with competency building, resourcing strategy, solutions.

3. High-end consulting and interact with senior client executives for opportunity conversion and practice growth

Advantageous:

1. TOGAF certification

2. Functional knowledge across 2-3 sectors
