Director - Direct Tax Technical (ERP) with a Big 4 consulting

Requirement: Practice Leader for implementation of Direct Tax Software Products

Looking for A Direct Tax professional who has Tax Knowledge (US/UK/India etc)

Role in Brief:

- Guiding clients through their selection of software packages, assisting clients with their evaluation of their current tax structure and doing a tax department assessment, Working data flow surrounding tax compliance and technology tools and helping them implement improvements.

- Experience in end to end implementation of any Tax Software.

- Working on large sized projects with clients

- Manage and execute implementation plan including directing staff resources (both internal and external), evaluating results, creating documentation of newly created processes and managing overall engagement related to implementation.

- Team Management including Recruitment, training, mentoring and performance appraisals
