Associate Director/Director - Talent Acquisition - IT - XLRI/TISS

Job Summary :

As Prodapt continues to grow, it is strengthening its People and Strategy function(HR) to build capabilities to address this context. As a part of that, we are looking at onboarding a Global Head of Talent Acquisition (TA) to ensure that the best minds in the industry come and join us.

Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Management, the Global Head of TA will be accountable for the following:

- Drive the global recruitment strategy (for Campus, Lateral hires and Contract staff) for Prodapt.

- Act as an advisor to business leaders and help with the talent acquisition strategy.

- Design and manage employer branding strategy, including D&I aspects.

- Determine recruitment needs, forecasts (with the business) and understand market conditions.

- Drive improvements in existing processes, IT systems Policies, SLAs and tools, both at regional and global levels.

- Establish and monitor appropriate KPIs to drive efficiency and compliance and effectiveness of talent acquisition processes.

- Responsible for the Recruitment budgets across Global locations.

- Manage, mentor, coach and develop the Prodapt talent acquisition team.

Key expectations :

- Prodapt seeks a highly driven individual, who brings in thought leadership and experience in leading/scaling up/building the TA function globally. She/he should be able to articulate Prodapt's Value Proposition and excite and attract global & high performing talent/candidates.

- Consistent with the culture of Prodapt, s/he will be non-hierarchical and a hands-on business leader with a passion to build capability. Overall 12+ years of experience, with at least 8+ years in core

- Talent Acquisition. (hands-on experience with full cycle talent acquisition).

Education and Experience :

1. 12+ years of relevant experience and minimum 3-5 years in team handling

2. XLRI/TISS with specialization in Human Resources

3. Experience working with Global IT services organization with an international exposure is an added advantage.
