We are currently retained by leading MNC to hire Associate Director / Director Strategy Consulting / Operations for Gurgaon

Job Synopsis however not restricted to below :

- Candidates needs to handle strategy projects largely for Manufacturing / Industrial clients

- Independently handling client meetings and proposals

- Training, coaching and mentoring of team members

- Perform business development - lead generation till closure

- Develop new and existing clients

- Prefer candidates with below skills

- An MBA from a top-tier business school

- 8-15 years of experience with excellent understanding of business transformation & Strategy

- Leading strategy & transformation projects

- Experience in working with - C- level executive clients

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
