Our client is one of a leading technology insights, market intelligence and advisory services company serving clients across the globe, looking for Associate Director / Director and Senior Director - Corporate Governance.

The role will be responsible for leading the Governance Services Operations Unit in India.

Key Responsibilities which includes :

- Managing the delivery of Governance Services for various clients out of India - Service levels, operational execution, interacting and directing the client interfaces.

- Managing the transition of new clients governance services to India.

- Manage the governance resources.

- Hiring, training and motivating the resources across levels within the governance services unit.
