AD/Director Sales - HealthTech Startup
Responsibilities :
- Translate sales targets into specific goals for managers, team leads and sales associates.
- Drive aggressive sales performance across the team in order to meet and exceed targets, including inside sales and renewal sales.
- Build out a world-class inside-sales organisation - recruit, train and retain high-performing talent across the sales hierarchy. Collaborate with HR to refine processes for hiring, onboarding and training.
- Monitor KPIs (conversion rates, answer rates, etc.) and launch new initiatives to improve the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with Marketing team to deliver high quality campaigns and lead generation efforts.
- Engage existing lead database and create processes to churn leads and generate revenue.
- Monitor feedback and quality of sales calls, set up audit processes and ensure teams are following end-to-end calling processes.
- Identify new opportunities and drive expansion into them.
Qualifications :
- Degrees : BBA, BA, BSc., MBA
- At least 2+ years of overseeing Sales Managers and/or 20+ sales professionals in inside-sales
- At least 4+ years of individual inside-sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing in sales track
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills. Articulate and persuasive communication skills.
- Strong bent towards using data and analytics to drive better sales
- Past experience in health/wellness is a bonus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and CRM tools like Zoho
- Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage startup atmosphere, willing to be flexible and undertake different types of work
- Self-driven and willing to take initiatives
