We have an opening with a global marketing advisory firm, which drives outcomes for clients through a customer-centric approach supported by leading analytical methodologies, enabling technology and world-class global resources to provide actionable insights for clients- decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute appropriate research methodologies for each client project

- Supervise and take responsibility for delivery of analytics and research related to client projects

- Present findings from research to clients as required

- Assist sales & business development staff as necessary with new client generation & retain/grow existing clients

- Supervise the analyst and research staff. Set departmental and individual employee goals and provide routine evaluations of progress toward these goals. Identify and promote professional growth opportunities for staff. Ensure adherence to professional standards and ethics

- Develop and oversee budgets and policies and procedures for the Analytics and Research Department

- Perform other duties as assigned

- Manage and lead the junior team members

Skills Requirement / Experience / Education:

- Proficiency in conceptualizing, developing effective research methodologies using such tools as multivariate analysis, data mining, primary and secondary research

- Strong analytical skills, including expertise in the modelling and analysis of data

- Ability to appropriately communicate information and to judge how and with whom this information should be shared

- Advanced computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite of applications

- Knowledge and ability to implement principles of management, leadership, conflict resolution, negotiation, and motivation

- Ability to foster a collaborative, customer-oriented working environment

- Demonstrated record of initiative, problem solving, and adaptability

- Strong listening, communication, and collaboration skills

- Should be comfortable working independently and have experience designing effective research methodologies and direct personnel appropriately

- Should develop staff and delegate responsibilities

- Should possess prior experience of implementing best practices in a research environment

- Minimum Qualification needed for the position include an advanced degree such as Master's Ph.D. in Business from top institutions.
