Associate Director/Director - Product Management - Travel/Hospitality

A well established online travel company is looking for an Associate Director/ Director in Product Management for online flight product department.

About the function :

- Flights product creates highly useful results for Air Business by solving user problems across pre and post sales. Key metrics are to improve NPS, conversion, monetization and cross sell.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conceptualize and build new products & features for the flights funnel.

- Comprehend user needs by interacting with them, going through data, and then translate those needs into features to create business impact.

- Work with one of the best tech, business and product teams!

- Manage large scale consumer product - flights is one of the largest consumer funnels, with highest GMV, and you'll be owning the complete product.

- Determine & own product KPIs of conversion, revenue and NPS for flights funnel.

- Own product releases by collaborating with technology, design and QA teams.

- Strengthen product insights through consistent customer engagement and market research and contribute to product vision.

- Evaluate market competition and position the product line to appeal to the user.

- Analyze product performance post-launch and iterate on the same to keep improving the product experience.

Pre-requisites for the Role :

- Appreciable know-how of technology that goes behind the product, high level of understanding of the impact of technology on the product roadmap.

- Passion for data and an exceptional ability to solve complex problems.

- A mindset that will constantly think about ROI, business and revenue.

- Ability to work in cross-functional environments including working closely with sales, marketing, business management, customer support and engineering teams.

- Excellent communication, problem solving and stakeholder management skills.
