- Take end of end ownership of Performance Mgt & Compensation for the organization - Reimagine the performance mgt framework with industry-leading practices, simplification of processes & effective tools/systems - Drive timely & effective goal setting across the org, starting with leaders, followed up by regular tracking & reviews - Implement compensation cycles with proactive planning, business alignment & consistent processes - Partner with Finance to build holistic view of payroll for the org & track progress - Build a comp strategy for the future, incorporating the optimal mix of fixed pay, variable pay, ESOPs and benefits - Provide formal & industry benchmarking on comp practices & benefits to keep organization ahead of the game - Use analytics to enable data-driven decision making Key metrics/KPIs: - Adherence to & reduction in Payroll & Variable Pay budgets; Comp cycle budgets - Goal Setting & Perf Mgt timelines & completion % Candidate requirements - Min Graduate by qualification - Preferably MBA in HR from a reputed institute - ~10+ yrs of experience overall - Min 3 yrs experience with a Tech org or start-up and min. 5 yrs experience in a Perf/Rewards role - Exposure to having reported to CHRO and worked with CXO leaders Key competencies: Business Acumen - able to understand and operate from a business pov - Relationship Management - able to partner with and influence stakeholders, collaborate across teams and lead team members - Functional Expertise - strong understanding of performance mgmt., compensation & benefits, including stock-based plans - Execution driven - plans well, pays attention to detail, is data-driven and delivers as per commitment - Personal strengths - good communicator & presenter, resilient Team : 1 Sr Manager & 1 Specialist Reporting to : SVP - HR
