We are looking for Associate Director for Investment Banking role coming from expertise into Mergers &amp; Acquisition and should have been ex-banker in any investment banking firms based at UK, US, Singapore, Hong Kong locations and should be also having exposure to front end role handing international clients. Responsibilities:- - Function as an integral part of the investment banking team of a European IB and advisory firm. Responsible for carrying out end-to-end projects for deal origination / pitching and transaction execution activities - Travel to client offices as and when required for training and project related requirements. Attend client calls on a regular basis to understand requirements, present project outputs and take feedback - Interacting directly with key senior bankers in global locations to understand project requirements, working individually and with junior bankers in the client team to provide insightful and high quality deliverables such as pitchbooks, IMs, and financial models. - Working on projects in multiple industries including and not limited to, industrials, consumer &amp; retail, energy, asset management and financial sponsors - Work individually as well as with junior client bankers on a range of projects - detailed industry studies or market analysis, pitch books, information memorandums, strategic account plans, company profiles, ad-hoc requests, financial analysis, competitive benchmarking and opportunity assessments through in depth secondary research and studying &amp; analysing different business &amp; financial models in a particular industry.&nbsp; - Manage project timelines and quality of project outputs. Expertise in financial analysis including operational/ financial benchmarking, trading comparables, precedent transactions, cash flow models, LBO models etc. - Demonstrate strength and flair in client relationship building and management, and identify any potential growth opportunities to build a larger Moody's team for the client over time Required Background - Post-Graduation in Finance (MBA, CFA, CA etc.) or equivalent qualification. Education qualification from Europe or the US will be an added advantage. - Relevant experience of 7-10 years in Investment banking or financial advisory including some IB front-office or captive experience - The candidate should have the ability to work independently and possess the skills to run end-to-end research for investment banking projects - Capable of engaging with senior partners and managing directors of the client firm on a regular basis and work closely with junior bankers of the client team to execute projects. - Sound knowledge and relevant working experience of investment banking processes (deal origination and execution) like mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and restructuring. Ability to carry out end-to-end projects like structuring and preparing pitch books and information memorandums, industry overviews / studies, M&amp;A and LBO modeling, valuation analysis, etc. - Excellent written and spoken communication skills, ability to clearly communicate with senior stakeholders in the client team remotely and in-person - French language capability is preferred but not a requirement - Ability to travel to execute deals at the client request - Ability to handle pressure working in fast paced environment with quick problem solving skills - Working knowledge of databases such as Bloomberg, Thomson One, Factset, etc. - MS Office skills - should be excellent in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word Candidates who are looking to relocate to India from either UK, US, Singapore, US based Investment banks can refer the mentioned exiting opportunity for Mergers &amp; Acquisition.
