Position :- Associate Director / Director

International Trade Finance and FX Advisory

Job Location :- Mumbai / Dubai

Experience / Eligibility & Skill Set Required

- Candidate should have relevant work experience of over 8-10 years in international trade finance, FX dealing /FX Derivative Sales in banks and large corporate with strong command of trade finance and FX advisory in Middle east . Candidate exposure in India, Singapore and Middle East Structured trade finance will be preferred.

- Candidates should be well traveled across Dubai and nearby locations and should have excellent relations with CFO and CEO with mid- size and large export and import businesses.

- Candidate should have strong knowledge in International Structured Trade Transactions, Factoring, Forfeiting, Invoice Discounting, SBLC, Open account Credit, Overseas Subsidiary Management etc.

- Knowledge of Letters of Credit, All forms of Discounting, Guarantees, Trust Receipt Financing, Pre-Shipment & Post-Shipment Finance with documentation is important.

- Should be Well aware of Indian, Dubai, and Singapore compliance and documentation etc.

(Designation of the prospective candidates will be dependent on the kind of work experience they have and its relevance, along with their performance in the Selection Process)

Role Description

- Candidate will be building its own team of 3-5 people and running an independent P&L.

- Incumbent will be building business and advising on structured trade finance and FX advisory to companies in Middle east and partially in India and Singapore.

- Incumbent should be willing to travel extensively across India, Middle East, Singapore, HongKong.

- Building relations with financial intermediaries, Banks and CFO/CEO across Middle East, India and Singapore.

- Creating Innovative Ideas for companies in areas of FX and Structured Trade Finance.

Position to be closed on immediate basis.
