AD/Director- Internal Audit

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and performing internal audit engagements for clients across sectors and geographies. The candidate will oversee audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting and will work with multiple teams and stakeholders. The candidate will also be instrumental in building and nurturing client relationships, seeking opportunities for cross-functional collaboration, and contributing to the growth of the Internal Audit & Risk Advisory practice.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in internal audit, risk advisory or equivalent consulting services

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of internal audit methodologies, frameworks, and regulatory requirements

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively articulate complex issues and solutions to stakeholders at all levels

- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Strong relationship-building skills with clients, stakeholders, and team members

- A qualified Chartered Accountant / MBA from a reputed Business School or a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)

- Language proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred.
