- Design the implementation of safety programs, compliance plans, and initiatives.

- Creating EHS operational framework for the organization.

- Fully conversant in EHS policy, procedure, SOPs, Work instruction and various checklist

- Developing simplified and effective process to achieve the EHS objective and goals.

- Define management programs and effectively implementing the same.

- Conducting MMR and QMR and effectively driving the action plan to closure.

- Developing Business case for management program for Mitigating risk

- Organize training on Environmental aspects, Impact & Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Emergency preparedness and response plan along with other relevant areas

- Structured Review and strengthening of EHS as per ISO 14001:2004 / OHSAS 18001:2007

- Determine and define appropriate levels of responsibility within function for fulfilling the corporate commitment to ensure safe and healthy environment

- Assure all facilities are legally compliant, conduct EHS relevant operations in compliance with applicable laws, statutory regulations and accepted practices for health, safety and environmental protection

- Conduct and Participate in all EHS audits at a facility level and ensure closing of relevant audit compliances / audit observations(Verification of RPI/Komrisk/FHS as validators)

- Effective design, training and implementation of RCA/CAPA and it's a timely closure

- EHS monitoring plan to be implemented for air, noise, water and food as per local and national applicable laws

- Water conservation plan and implementation with specific targets

- Participate in the investigation of incidents, near misses and property damage incidents. Verifying closure of incident reports.

- Ensure follow-up is done to minimize future exposure and proper records/documents are maintained.

- Conduct routine safety observations to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, company environmental, health, and safety policies, procedures and practices.

- Ensure the company meets all its legislative compliance obligations with OSHA, CAL/OSHA, EPA, AQMD, ADA, and fire codes.

- Maintain compliance with permits, government regulations and other industry practices

- Develop policy, SOP and work instruction for Environmental Health and safety and maintain the program tracker

- Monthly/Quarterly management reviews

- Creating & Implementing policy, Procedures and Management program HIRA/Env.aspect

- Conducting mock drills and MRM deck preparation and safety committee meeting
