Urgent Hiring for Associate Director and Director

We are looking Direct Taxation profile with Big4.

Experience : 8 to 12 Yrs

Location : Bangalore

Education Qualification : CA only

Skill :

- Assisting in tax returns of onshore as well as numerous offshore entities.

- Coordination with external advisors on various undergoing projects and analyzing impact from Company's internal factual perspective.

- Handling tax return filings, Transfer pricing filings, tax litigation along with external consultants

- Ensuring internal compliances in line with the compliance requirements of US GAAP and Indian GAAP perspective.

- Briefly handling Indirect taxes like VAT, Service Tax, Excise and Customs

- Significantly involved in complex litigation services on Indian domestic income tax and international tax issues.

- Advisory services with respect to Corporate Tax and interpretation and Double taxation avoidance agreements on various aspects.
