We are helping our client (Fin-Tech organisation) in hiring an experienced and passionate database engineer who is a data enthusiast to join our client's dream team. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in all aspects of data and actively contribute to the enhancement of transforming and creating data into readable, goal driven reports for continued innovation and growth, work well under tight deadlines and have an eye for detail.

Job Title : Associate Director / Director - Credit Risk Analytics

Job Responsibilities :

- Development of high-quality database solutions.

- Good exposure Credit Risk Modelling. Should have good credit risk analysis understanding especially in Corporate and SME Credit.

- Develop, Review, Validation of model on risk factors. Should have a good understanding of regulations such as BASEL 2/2.5/3.

- Collate, test and check independently sourced economics data (forecast and stress) and assess its robustness and fitness for the purpose of model development.

- The candidate would be working on Basel related projects across risk types and products.

- Understanding advanced modelling and validation methodologies and documentation.

- Model development, model validation or stress-testing.

Sounds Like You? Here are the required skill sets for this role :

- B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/MSc in Technical Field, Computer Science or Mathematics or Statistics.

- Use risk management tools and models to drive analytics for consumer lending products.

- Will be instrumental in formulating rating models / assist in formulating criteria and methodology of a rating of various sectors

- Identify portfolio optimization opportunities and provide recommendations to Senior Management.

- Train and supervise junior team members to drive analytical output.

- Manage team relationship with specific central teams (e.g. Risk/Quants/Finance/IT).

- Goal focused, demonstrating tenacity and innovation when faced with challenges.

- Must have experience in analytical tools like SAS or R or Python, and good knowledge of SQl.

- Hands on experience in statistical techniques (machine learning). Experience in Web Analytics is a plus.
