Associate Director/Director - Credit Rating & FX Consulting - BFSI

We are the manpower consultancy specialized in recruiting good quality people across all sectors.

Presently we are working on one of our client which is the topmost leading organisation in Financial Sector.

We are looking forward for a suitable candidate for the below mentioned position.

JD:

- Candidate should be able to visualize, execute and grow the credit rating improvement business model on his/her own with the support of 2-3 people . He/She would be running a separate P&L for his/her vertical.

- Candidate should have a very strong existing relationship with more than 500 companies and should be able to identify the companies whose ratings can be improved.

- Candidate should have at least 5-10 years credit rating business development experience with top 4 rating agencies, a relevant work experience in doing ratings of companies having turnover in the range of Rs. 100-2000 crs and should be confident and proactive in corporate meetings at MD and CFO levels.

- Candidate should be extremely well versed with the credit rating jargons, improvement techniques, balance sheet management etc.

- Candidate should be able to use his experience and help companies improve their credit ratings with their rating agency or banks by understanding the business, industry, ratios, peers etc.

- Candidate should be able to do the credit appraisal by analyzing financial and business information, recommending policies, procedures, highlighting strength areas and managing the risk areas.

- Candidate will be liaising with client staff, bankers as well as rating agency analysts to get the best possible deserved rating or improving the existing rating.

- Candidate should be extremely proactive and willing to travel very frequently across the nation
