- Own all key metrics and initiatives by setting up a Control Tower and drive performance and improve overall process efficiency. - Manage all new initiatives as part of the growth and expansion strategy of the company. - Plan and execute pilot as well as full scale implementation of any new strategy required for company's growth - Create a strong process driven functional organization by developing the process excellence framework - Create a culture of data driven decision making by conceptualizing, creating and owning all strategic actions. You are - MBA from a Tier-1 college (IIM, ISB, FMS, NITIE) with good academic track record - 5-10 years of experience in a Control Tower/ Operations/ Supply chain role - Preference for candidates with Logistics/ Ecommerce work experience, specific linehaul experience is an advantage - Previous experience of handling a minimum of 10+ team members is mandatory - Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities - Proficiency in Excel a must - Ability to leverage large datasets to support business decisions by deriving strong insights - Good communication skills for articulation of issues, solutions and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels - Self-starter and willingness to learn more - Good stakeholder management skills - Location would be Bangalore
