Main Purpose:  Associate Director of Cloud Management will provide the operational leadership for our client's team. Your charter will be to draw from your experience with traditional service management best practices in driving the execution of our differentiated cloud-only services.  Responsibilities:   - Short-term fulfillment of financial and productivity metrics (GM, service SLAs, etc.)  - Resolution/Mitigation operational risks within the accounts or overall service management that adversely affect operational metrics  - Development and execution of the operational plans to support new areas of service expansion  - Drive teamwork between individuals and teams within CM as well other internal teams.  - Hiring and resource planning; direct report coaching, development and performance planning and productivity management  - Improvement of - time to completion - of the various systems, process and operational discipline changes we need as we grow and innovate  - Hands on interactions with customers to ensure effective delivery of services  Strategic Service  - 99% SLA Management  - 95% Customer Retention YoY  - Average 8.0 Customer Satisfaction Rating (NPS)  - Provides leadership on process improvements for the practice  - Identify additional opportunities for enhanced service   - Escalation Management
