Associate Director/Director - AdTech This opportunity is for an OTT platform. Job Description Key Activities: Key Responsibilities : - Create/implement Adtech projects by benchmarking with competitors and internal product roadmaps - Build the strategy and business plan of the various products - Co-own the business targets of the advertising business from various ad units - video, display and new formats - He/She is expected to work closely with both external stakeholders (Partners, Agencies etc) as well as internal (Product, Sales and Engineering) to drive cross functional support to maximize revenue - Train and help sales win on new Adtech Projects - Handle Indirect revenue and help sales team with programmatic deals - Should have knowledge of programmatic ecosystem - Knowledge of CTV and OTT is a plus point - Knowledge of Selfserve ecosystem is a plus point - Maintain documentation and Create a future business plan for the self-serve business with minimal support. - Ability to work with multiple teams to define strategies and yet drive teams that do not report to the person. KPI : - Extremely good at presentation skills and business models - Experience in Product, Business Development and Operations roles - Experience in Client servicing and knowledge of Adservers like GAM, Vmax etc - Detailed oriented yet knows the bigger picture - Medium to High proficiency in the AdTech ecosystem of ad exchanges/ networks, DSPs, 1st and 3rd party audience targeting and technology, online measurement, ad-operations, delivery and measurement platforms.
