Our client is a leading player in the FMCG/ Foods & Beverages industry.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building up and managing the D2C platform for the beverages brands
- Continuously review and evolve the business model and set up all business, marketing and operations metrics
- Develop and run performance marketing campaigns along with agencies across acquisition, retention and affiliate programs
- Develop, track and analyze indicators for marketing and sales success
- Frontend with agency, backend with product, tech teams for website management, content creation, creative strategy, communication plans
- Category management for brands across the product range
- Manage pricing strategies, consumer promotions and product visibility
- Lead and improve end to end consumer experience and leverage tools to sharpen consumer understanding
- Project manage and liaise with product, tech, customer care, cross functional teams and agencies to achieve desired results
- Responsible for demand planning, inventory and warehouse overview
- Manage and deliver the topline & bottom-line of the business
Skills & Experience:
- 7-11 years of experience
- Master's Degree/ PG from a Tier 1 Premier B-school
- Should have worked in FMCG/ Foods & Beverages
- Mandatory experience managing and building up the D2C channel
- Ability to work effectively in a high growth and dynamic environment
