Associate Director - Direct Tax - CA

Qualification Qualified CA only

Experience 9 - 14 yrs

- Expertise in Direct taxation

- Experience on International tax, transfer pricing and BEPS initiative.

- Good experience of handling vendor contracts from tax prospective.

- Team handling experience with minimum team size of 2 or 3 people.

- Should have involved into international taxation and tax treaty matters

- Handle & review tax compliances of international locations

- Working on tax audit, annual & monthly direct tax compliances

- Working on tax accounting (calculating ETR, Deferred tax etc.)
