Associate Director - Health care digital transformation About the Role - Associate Director - Healthcare Digital Transformation You would be part of the Microsoft Competency Consulting & Pre-Sales team at PwC Technology Consulting, advising IT and business leaders on cloud-enabled innovation and business transformation initiatives in the Healthcare domain. At PwC Consulting, we work with leading Healthcare companies and help them realise their digital transformation objectives. You will work on topics related to Digital Transformation strategy, Supply Chain Optimization, Finance, Manufacturing for some of our large customers in the Healthcare sectors. As an Associate Director, your role would be to bring in excellent technology consulting & delivery skills with relevant domain knowledge in the Healthcare space. You will: - Work on consulting & delivery engagements as part of Microsoft Competency Consulting and Pre-Sales team and deliver transformation projects in the Healthcare Segment. Demonstrate deep practice knowledge in Cloud including the following: - Work with the PwC's Healthcare Industry, business strategy and customer IT teams - Work with PwC's Healthcare competency leads to develop CoE(Center of Excellence) service catalogs across various consulting and Industry solution offerings and proactively contributes to creating new consulting assets and IPs. Your experience and know how matters: - An Engineering degree, with preferably an MBA, with 9 to 12 years of experience within consulting domain in Tier 1 and GSI firms. - 9+ Years of Experience in delivering IT solutions to Healthcare Segment - Experience of working on delivering large CRM deployments on solutions like Dynamics 365, SFDC - Impactful client presentation capabilities, strong problem-solving skills and story-telling techniques. - Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills (ideally in critical political environments) - Aptitude for critical and analytical thinking as well as the capacity to accept out-of-the box solutions - Ability to synthesis and translate complex technical aspects into business terms and define from business objectives and constraints complex technical solutions - Autonomous, positive thinker, highly flexible and willing to work independently as well as part of a team - A consistently high achiever marked by perseverance, humility and a positive outlook in the face of challenges - Adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while working under deadlines. - Take initiative, drive results and take on increasing levels of responsibility
