- Partner with enabling functions like Finance, Shared Services, HR, Legal, Audit etc and help them improve digital adaption. - Understand business needs to turn them into digital product roadmaps. - Define and prioritize product functionalities and delivery roadmap. - Work with technology teams and define in-house development vs off the shelf procurement. - Lead agile teams communicating the vision and strategy in the right way - Co-create digital roadmap based on the rhythm of functionalities. - Validate definitions with risk, fraud, legal, compliance and continuity. - Drive data / analytics culture within business teams. Desired Candidate Profile/Experience: - Total experience of 8 - 12 years, 5+ year experience on digital transformation with Finance, Shared Services, HR, Legal etc - Exposure to tools like P2P, HRMS, T&E, R2R, Data Lake ect. - Graduate or Postgraduate, with formal exposure to Tech Development or Management
