Associate Director - Digital Marketing

- Supporting the Head of Marketing in implementing and continuously improving an omnichannel, multi-audience B2B digital strategy and initiatives that accelerate discovery, demand, engagement, and business growth with both our existing clients and future growth audiences.

- Leading (expand, manage, mentor) a high-performing B2B digital marketing team (of performance mkt, email mkt, social media, website & SEO, analytics & listening) at a group level for all 3 brands, globally.

- A result-oriented digital marketer who sees the big picture understands complex business problems and solves it with non-standard digital marketing campaigns. And, you do not shy away from getting your hands dirty.

Responsibilities :

- Develop, implement, and scale market-specific B2B digital marketing strategy (Organic, Paid marketing, Social, ABM, Automation, Omnichannel) that drive awareness, interest, and consideration, further delivering high-quality SQLs and ROI

- Plan and manage integrated demand generation campaigns across different channels. E.g. Social Media, Email campaigns, PPC ads, LinkedIn paid campaigns etc. to build the pipeline

- You will be responsible for content distribution, lead acquisition and conversion through digital channels

- Build, lead & inspire a team of digital marketing specialists (in SEO, social media, analytics, performance, and email marketing). Set clear objectives and overall success measures. Is involved strategically and operationally with the team

- Collaborate with marketing sub-functions (Content & Visualization, Product, Offline Marketing, Brand), business, sales ops, and other cross-functional teams

- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

- Run A/B tests, quick experiments, and drive growth initiatives

- Devise a scalable digital marketing process that can grow with the team

- Drive a cohesive client journey across all touchpoints using strong B2B digital marketing strategies

- Focus on amplifying the strategic priorities of the business - covering sectors, strategic solutions, and growth drivers - taking a buyer-based audience approach

- Experience in managing digital marketing strategies and campaigns driving business growth and RoI. Of these, at least 4 years of experience in B2B digital marketing (Organic, Paid marketing, Social, ABM, Automation, Omnichannel) should have been performed. Additionally, you should bring at least 2-3 years of experience in managing a team of digital marketers.

- A forward thinker who looks at the bigger picture and is deeply involved in driving growth for marketing and business.

- Strong results-driven mindset, proactive and engaged digital marketer with excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must (English is a must, German or any foreign language is a plus).
