The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

- Should oversee the Digital Strategy &Marketing, E-commerce, Website, Digital Content etc. to cater to an excellent User Experience.

- Should manage all digital activities from ideation to execution.

- Agile Development, Content, Business Development, Social Media, Mobile Marketing, Point of Sale, Connected Devices, Internet of Things, CRM, Data & Analytics, Change Management.

- Responsible for planning and implementation activities of Digital Media, with strong synergy with traditional media channels.

- Focus on planning and driving an integrated marketing strategy by leveraging emerging technologies.

- Should device strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.

- Responsible for managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand campaigns at successful levels. Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company's brand.

- Oversee the planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing. Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data. Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

- Lead the agencies/partner relationships along with the team - in the development, execution and on-going evaluation of all relevant aspects of digital marketing programs, with strong synergies with traditional marketing programs.

- Direct optimal utilization of budget for Above the Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) activities.

- Ensure adequate focus on new digital opportunities for areas such as online, social media and new internet connected devices.

- Lead the media team towards efficient management of Traditional Media, Digital Media (engagement and performance) & Media Planning activities aligned to the overall marketing plan.

- Lead the production of all BTL creative, corporate website & internal communication against agreed marketing programs. Direct optimal utilization of budget for ATLand BTL activities.

- Ensure adequate focus on new digital opportunities for areas such as online, social media and new internet connected devices.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Science / Commerce / related fields

- Minimum 10+ years- experience in end customer facing roles in marketing & sales functions - with atleast 5 years in leading Digital Marketing functions.

- Excellent acumen for marketing and communications.

- Stakeholder collaboration, with the ability to quickly develop/manage both internal and external relationships.

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and leverage resources effectively.

- Proven success record building solid relationships with clients to changing business situations and demands.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate issues and recommendations persuasively and effectively to key stakeholders.

- Excellent project management skills.

- Strong bias for action and result orientation.
