Responsibilities:

- Strengthen and evolve digital marketing roadmap for products and brands across the group, and implement lead generation campaigns for relevant target audiences to meet lead targets for organization products and brands

- Own customer acquisition strategy across all digital channels - Paid Search, SEO, Social, Affiliates, CRM, App marketing and email

- Manage entire customer acquisition funnel and optimize each stage of acquisition, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across product development and customer support

- Manage the scaling up of lead volumes while also ensuring strong ROI on marketing spends

- Manage budget allocation, optimisation and bidding strategy for campaigns across all digital channels

- Map out key customer touchpoints across digital and offline interactions and build nurture journeys cutting across both leveraging email, push notifications, display and CRM interventions

- Orchestrate a coherent digital strategy with alignment between paid, organic and content strategy working in close conjunction with key stakeholders

- Build a strong framework for real time tracking of Marketing ROI through analytics dashboards for capturing key metrics for spends, lead volume and other campaign performance indicators

- Build processes and decision frameworks within the performance marketing team to build a culture obsessed with Marketing ROI

- Drive Conversion Rate Optimisation by implementing a robust testing framework to optimise key landing pages and conversion paths on the customer journey

Ideal Candidate:

- BA/BS, BTech (MBA preferred)

- 10 to 12 years' experience specialized in all aspects of Digital Marketing including setting up Digital Marketing programs for SEO, SEM, SMM, App marketing.

- Must have managed a team of SEO, SEM professionals and delivered ROAS, ROI. Fintech experience preferred.

- Strong analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and optimize marketing programs

- Ability to translate customer insights into marketing activities that achieve tangible results

- Ability to excel in an extremely fast paced and start-up like environment

- Detail-oriented and extremely organized and comfortable working with local and international teams and management
