Looking for an advertising or marketing nerd who have the vision of big picture thinking, storytelling, insight-scouting, criteria development tools and synthesis in the development of agreed upon end-goals in the digital media space. A brief experience in the government space will be preferred.

DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

Content Curation:

1. Lead change by developing high quality content with all-round briefing, style guides, content management technologies, training and tools

2. Develop content for the digital markets to do the brand positioning for a product, service or an issue in the digital domain

3. Ensure that content is approximately structured in digital channels to meet the customer needs and have stronger digital positioning

4. Posting Blogs, tweets and writing POVs about social media including trends, opportunities, challenges and what it means to the marketing space and business- bottom line preferred

Campaign strategy, planning and implementation:

5. Develop campaign ideas for the clients

6. Build a strategy around how to position the campaigns uniquely in the market

7. Creating and implementing strategic internal and external communication plans

8. Manage end-to-end execution of digital communication campaigns, such as launching new product/service or events

9. Optimized usage of internal communication tools: bulletin board (intranet), monthly newsletters, and listening post for employees

10. Manage client budgets and campaign resources

11. Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis

Social media management:

12. Plan, manage, measure and optimize content of the highest possible quality for all available digital touch points (social media, website, videos, online marketing, etc.)

13. Publishing and analysing the social media activities and posts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

14. Supervising the marketing graphic design needs including coordination with external designers and agencies

Technical guidance and design thinking processes:

15. Contribute to the top-level and detailed design of the website, applications and other digital interfaces

QUALIFICATIONS:

- MBA or any masters degree in related field or equivalent work experience

- 9+ years of experience in media, marketing or communications position at an advertising, media house, publishing or PR agency

- Certification in Digital marketing preferred

- Excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills

- Experience with at least two of the common SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMRush, KWFinder, Moz, etc.)

- Basic knowledge of design thinking processes

- Leading and executing client pitches, partnering with the creative team

KEY STRENGTHS REQUIRED :

- Creative and detailed-oriented

- Must be confident and should have excellent instincts with regard to human behaviour, business strategy and general marketing theory

- Must have excellent instincts both broadly across industries and deeply within any given capability or function

- An ability to stay organized, meet multiple deadlines and pay attention to details in a dynamic consulting environment

- Working experience with government would be valued
