Our client is looking for a stellar Telecom delivery leader based in Bangalore for a large IT services company.

General Competencies

- Deep technical SDN & NFV background and functional architecture knowledge in the Telecommunications industry (with an emphasis on L1-3)

- Delivery Methodology: Hybrid Agile with iterative hardening, DevOps, Continuous Delivery (CD), Continuous Integration (CI)

- Latest Software Container Platform

- Architecture Style: Microservices, REST

- Technical hands-on delivery lead joining a large-scale program team for a major Telecommunications provider in the USA

- Responsible for end-to-end delivery of all offshore components of the Application Services at the client account level

- Strong understanding of Micro services Architecture Style and the related patterns, where software is developed as small and independently deployable services that work together modelled around a business domain (to enable multi-speed delivery)

- Experienced working in cross-vendor teams, running large scrum-of-scrum teams (100 team members), being assertive as required

- Hands-on leadership style with great attention to detail
