Associate Director - Delivery Operations - Automotive - IIT/NIT/IIM/MDI

As AD Delivery Operations, you will be driving continuous improvement in the way we implement/execute innovative solutions for our customers to solve their business problems.

- You will be responsible for leading the next wave of global expansion through proven rich experience in driving project management, Installation and commissioning, solution implementation and professional services delivery across globe

Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate execution ownership in driving end to end delivery of multiple Global Projects, taking into consideration Product Quality, Project Cost and timelines

- Drive successful partnerships with professional services providers (which might include a range of hardware and software solutions) to deliver high quality products across multiple geographies

- Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development

- Develop best practices & standardization in systems built for automation.

- Be an inspirational colleague for CTO, VP Operations, VP Products, Supply Chain and Client Operations teams

- Executive presence to contribute to C-level discussions and decisions

Requirements :

- 10+ years of relevant experience with proven excellence in Project delivery at scale, Budgeting, Change Management, People Management, stakeholder management

- Engineering & MBA from a Premier Institute

- Prior experience in implementing time bound cross geography change management practices

- Strong business/financial acumen, excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
