Roles & Responsibilities :   - Lead the deepening engagement team of and the regional office heads across the globe  - Help develop and drive the Deepening Engagement strategy of Organization in India, meeting and exceed annual funding targets and growing the Indian funding base.   - Oversee the setup of structures, processes and systems for the team to engage with the philanthropists and as well as within Organization Nurture existing and secure new high-value philanthropists and guide them on their philanthropic journeys, using insight, imagination and all the tools available through Organization and beyond to help them unlock their funds, expertise, and networks.   - Engage with anchor partners of Organization to solidify our relationship as their preferred intermediary partner in the development space   Priority of work will be -   - Responsible for the Deepening Engagement team performance   - Deeper engagement with existing supporters   - Unlocking new opportunities from known contacts   - Bringing in new contacts, ideally including from your existing network   Desired Skills and Experience   Candidate's Profile:   We are looking for someone who is highly customer oriented, with a thoughtful and strategic mindset and who has the patience and humility to manage a wide range of individuals externally and internally. Someone who naturally builds relationships that leads to results.   - You should be able to transition seamlessly from managing current relationships to executing on new philanthropist cultivation activities.   - This is a roll- up- your sleeves kind of role.   - The candidate should be result oriented with a strong sense of ownership.   - You should be tenacious and have deep knowledge and understating of the consultative sales process.   We've been described as sitting at the nexus of philanthropy and capitalism and we need you to walk between both worlds with equal agility. Specifically, we are looking for someone with 15 - 20 years of work experience (preferably in Private Wealth Management, Banking, Consulting and/or customer relationship management roles).   - An individual is a person who is ambitious for results and has the drive and determination to achieve them.   - Strong record in developing a team and nurturing talent to deliver excellent results.  - A proven track record of growing existing business and closing new business sales deals with new non- existing clients and meeting yearly targets.   - You should have good business acumen and excellent negotiating and leadership skills.   - Very experienced at managing end- to- end sales cycle i.e. lead generation, identifying real sales opportunities, the lead presenter at client meetings, putting together detailed proposals and closing deals.
